Fe3O4 nanoparticle chains with N-doped carbon coating: magnetotactic bacteria assisted synthesis and high-rate lithium storage

Abstract

1D chains composed of Fe3O4 nanocrystals are fabricated based on the biomineralization process in magnetotactic bacteria and showed excellent performance for LIBs.
