Hexagonal single crystal growth of WO3 nanorods along a [110] axis with enhanced adsorption capacity

Abstract

Hexagonal single crystal WO3 nanorods with dominant (001) and (1[1 with combining macron]0) facets were synthesized, which exhibited high adsorption capacities for organic dyes.
