Highly sensitive protein detection based on aptamerprobe and isothermal nicking enzyme assisted fluorescence signal amplification

Abstract

An isothermal and sensitive fluorescence assay for protein detection using aptamerproteinaptamer conjugates based on nicking enzyme amplification has been developed, which was combined with magnetic microparticles separation, making this assay suitable for protein detection in biological samples.
