Detection ofDNA and indirect detection of tumor cells based on circular strand-replacement DNApolymerization on electrode

Abstract

The chronocoulometric detection of DNA was carried out based on circular strand-replacement DNA polymerization on a screen-printed electrode, and extended to quantify tumor cells with the aid of aptamer recognition.
