Sol-gel synthesis of well-crystallized C3N4nanostructures on stainless steel substrates

Abstract

Well-crystallized stoichiometric C3N4nanostructures with clear hexagonal morphology and size range of 50–500 nm were synthesized on stainless steel substrates from triethylenetetramine using a low cost and simple sol-gel method.
