Fast, copper-free click chemistry: a convenient solid-phase approach to oligonucleotide conjugation

Abstract

Solid-phase oligonucleotide conjugation by nitrile oxidealkyne click cycloaddition chemistry has been successfully demonstrated; the reaction, compatible with all nucleobases, requires no metal catalyst and proceeds under physiological conditions.
