Competition between photosensitization and charge transfer in soluble oligo(naphthylenevinylene)–fullerene dyads

Abstract

In a novel series of soluble C60–oligo(naphthylenevinylene) dyads both singlet–singlet energy transfer and intramolecular electron transfer were found to take place and to compete with each other.
