Two New Multi-element Reference Materials Of Coal Ash Composition†

Abstract

Two reference materials of coal ash (ZUK-1 and ZUA-1) developed at the Institute of Geochemistry, Irkutsk, and their place in the collection of natural matrix reference materials, are described. The paper provides sampling conditions, mineralogical features and a description of the processing of reference materials. The two samples have been certified for 49 and 31 major, minor and trace elements, respectively; additionally, information values are proposed for about 20 trace elements in each
