Photobactericidal materials based on porphyrins and phthalocyanines

Abstract

Polymer-porphyrin (-phthalocyanine) films required as potential photobactericidal surfaces have been prepared by impregnation (dyeing), by codissolution and casting, and by copolymerisation and casting.
