Enantiomerically pure C3-symmetric tripodal pyridine ligands

Abstract

Chiral, optically pure ligands with C3 symmetry have been prepared from tripyridylmethanol by substitution in the 6-position of the pyridine nuclei and asymmetric modification of the substituents.
