Functionalized linear tetra-aza ligands for complexing technetium: potential species for antibody labelling

Abstract

Functionalized tetra-aza ligands have been selectively attached to p-131iodo-benzylamine, a model substance of lysine in monoclonal antibodies; pK-values and stability constants of the tetra-aza-dicarbonic acids have been determined.
