The reaction of aryl(methoxy)diazirines with [(η5-C5Me5)2Rh2(µ-CO)2] yields [(η5-C5Me5)2Rh2(CO)2{µ-C(OMe)Ar}] in near quantitative yield; the complex with Ar = 4-FC6H4 has been characterised by X-ray diffraction.
