Isolation and X-ray structure of [(µ-H)Ru3(CO)93-PhNCPh)], the catalytically active cluster in Ru3(CO)12-catalysed transfer hydrogenation of benzylideneaniline

Abstract

(µ-H)Ru3(CO)93-PhNCPh)(1) has been isolated from an Ru3(CO)12-based catalytic system for the transfer hydrogenation of benzylideneaniline and found to be catalytically active; the X-ray structure of (1) is reported.
