Feedback control in organic synthesis. A system for solid phase peptide synthesis with true automation

Abstract

A technique for Solid phase peptide synthesis using esters of 3,4-dihydro-3,4-dihydro-3-hydroxy-4-oxobenzotriazine is described which permits real time monitoring of acylation reactions on the resin support with feedback control of the synthesis.
