Oligosaccharide sequencing using an indirect, negative heteronuclear overhauser effect
Abstract
Observation of an indirect, negative 1H →1H →13C nuclear Overhauser effect (n.O.e.) may be an alternative method for oligosaccharide sequencing where the interglycosidic 1H{1H} n.O.e. can be efficiently ‘relayed’ to the directly bonded anomeric carbon or the glycosylated carbon nucleus.
