Stereoretentive conversion of cyclic phosphorothioates into [18O]phosphates using [18O]chloral

Abstract

P-Chiral cyclic dialkyl phosphorothioates are converted into the corresponding P-chiral[18O]phosphates by [18O]chloral with retention of configuration at phosphorus.
