Abstract

The iron carbonyl hydride (η5-C5H5) Fe(CO) H (Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) disproportionates via the iron formyl (η5-C5H5) Fe(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2)(CHO) to the methyl complex (η5-C5H5)Fe(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) Me.
