The conformational analysis of saturated heterocycles. Part 95. Synthesis and conformational analysis of 3,4-dimethyl-, 2,3,4-trimethyl-, and 2,2,3,4-tetramethyl-1-thia-3,4-diazacyclohexanes

Abstract

Variable temperature 1H and 13C n.m.r. spectra elucidate the conformational equilibria and kinetic interconversions for 1,3,4-thiadiazacyclohexanes. The results are compared with those of analogous compounds and the effect of the sulphur atom discussed.
