Ion–solvent interaction of some tetra-alkylammonium ions in sulpholane from viscosity data

Abstract

Viscosity measurements of tetra-alkylammonium salts in sulpholane at 30, 40 and 50°C are reported. The experimental results have been analysed using the Jones–Dole equation. B-coefficients and their dependence on temperature provide information on interactions between tetra-alkylammonium ions and sulpholane.
