SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:
A convenient method for the reduction of non-K-region ortho-quinones to the corresponding dihydrodiols is reported; the synthesis of 3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydrodibenz[a,h]anthracene is also described.
