X-Ray crystal structure of W([triple bond, length half m-dash]CCMe3)([double bond, length half m-dash]CHCMe3)(CH2CMe3)(Me2PCH2CH2PMe2), an ordered five-co-ordinate tungsten(VI) complex with metal–alkyl, metal–alkylidene, and metal–alkylidyne linkages

Abstract

An X-ray structural analysis of the complex W([triple bond, length half m-dash]CCMe3)([double bond, length half m-dash]CHCMe3)(CH2CMe3)(Me2PCH2CH2PMe2) shows a distorted five-co-ordinate geometry about the tungsten atom.
