Polymeric de-blocking agents for the fluoren-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl (FMOC) amino-protecting group

Abstract

The fluoren-9-ylmethoxycarbonyl (FMOC) amino-protecting group can be de-blocked at room temperature by means of an insoluble polymeric reagent incorporating cyclic secondary amino-functions.
