Oxidative-addition of tertiary phosphine–ruthenium complexes to allylic carbon–hydrogen bonds

Abstract

Reaction of tertiary phosphine complexes of ruthenium(0) with allylic olefins produces isolable hydrido-π-allylruthenium(II) compounds which have been characterized.
