Properties of aqueous thorium nitrate solutions. Part 3.—Partial molal heat capacities and heats of dilution at 30°C

Abstract

The partial molal heat capacities and heats of dilution of Th(NO3)4 at 30°C are reported and compared with values in the literature at 25°C. The effect of addition of 0.001 mol dm–3 HNO3, to prevent hydrolysis, is also discussed.
