Gas-phase reaction between trifluoroacetaldehyde and nitrogen dioxide

Abstract

The reaction between CF3CHO and NO2 has been studied in the temperature range 260–310°C. For the reaction [graphic omitted], k1= 1011.94+0.18 exp(–23 600±240/RT) cm3 mol–1 s–1, and for [graphic omitted], k2 is estimated as k2= 109.84 exp (–9520/RT) s–1.
