The equilibrium constant for the dissociation of RhCl(PPh3)3 according to the reaction, RhCl(PPh3)3⇌ RhCl(PPh3)2+ PPh3, has been determined spectrophotometrically to be (1·4 ± 0·4)× 10–-4M in benzene solution at 25°.
