The molecular dynamics of fluxional molecules in the solid state

Abstract

‘Wide-line’ n.m.r. measurements reveal that certain ‘fluxional’ organometallic molecules possess considerable motional freedom in the solid state which can be related to their bonding and reorientations in solution.
