Antimony halides as solvents. Part VI. Some cryoscopic measurements in antimony trichloride
Abstract
Some cryoscopic measurements are presented which confirm the applicability of the Beckmann technique. The technique is then used to study the solutes water and antimony oxychloride which appear to behave as normal solutes.
Results for decyl and bornyl chloride are also reported and support a reaction scheme suggested in an earlier paper; there are, however, uncertainties owing to deviations from ideality.
