Gas chromatography–chemical ionization mass spectrometry
Abstract
Linking a gas chromatograph to a mass spectrometer equipped with a chemical ionization source requires no splitter nor separator since the carrier gas for gas chromatography becomes the reactant gas for chemical ionization.
