The effect of phosphorus lone pair orientation on P–N–C–H coupling constants in aminophosphines

Abstract

The values of P–N–C–H coupling constants have been determined for a number of aminophosphines and their relative magnitude is discussed in terms of phosphorus lone pair orientation and π-bonded nitrogen.
