A series of novel NN-bistrifluoromethylamino-substituted allenes has been synthesised; trifluoronitrosomethane converts them into the corresponing oxazetidines which on pyrolysis afford NN-bistrifluoromethyl-formamide and an N-trifluoromethylketenimine.
