Carcinogenic nitrogen compounds. Part LXVII. 6-Substituted derivatives of 4,10-diazachrysene

Abstract

4,10-Diazachrysene has been nitrated to give the 6-nitro-compound; the corresponding amino-compound has been investigated. The latter compound displays tumour-growth inhibitory activity in mouse mammary cancer.
