Chemical effects of radiation thermal neutron capture. Part 14.—Annealing by ionizing radiation

Abstract

The thermal aspects of radiation annealing have been investigated. The results show that most thermal annealing may be a consequence of the radiation dose received during the neutron irradiation. A unified model for the annealing process is proposed.
