Studies in germyl chemistry. Part IV. Germyl azide

Abstract

Germyl azide has been prepared from germyl fluoride and trimethylsilyl azide, and some physical properties are reported. It is deduced from a study of the infrared and Raman spectra that the skeleton is non-linear.
