The preparation of organorhenium complexes of the types [ReAr3(PR3)2], [ReAr2(PR3)2]n, and [Re(N)Ar2(PR3)2](Ar = C6H5 or p-CH3·C6H4; PR3= PPh3 or PEt2Ph) are described.
