Abstract

The synthesis is described, by various routes, of L-trytophyl-L-methionyl-L-aspartyl-L-phenylalanine amide, and various acylated derivatives of this tetrapeptide amide and of its D,D,D,D-, D,L,L,L-, L,D,L,L-, L,L,D,L-, L,L,L,D-L,D,D,D-, L,L,D,D-, D,L,D,D-, and D,D,L,L-isomers.
