Regulation of the bis(triarylamine) conformation by auxiliary ligands in coordination polymers for modulation of redox activity
Abstract
By introducing auxiliary ligands of different lengths, four bis(triarylamine)-based coordination polymers were constructed, and their crystal structures and redox activities were studied. Structural analysis revealed that a higher degree of planarity in bis(triarylamine) units leads to lower oxidation potentials, which may promote the development of electrochromic materials.
