Abstract

Micropyramidal silicon decorated with bismuth-indium catalysts enables selective CO2 photoelectroreduction to formate. Bimetallic interface engineering enhances charge transfer, improving photocurrent and formate production relative to monometallic systems. This simple strategy advances efficient solar-driven CO2 conversion.
