Synergistic residual strain regulation and defect passivation in high-efficiency inverted perovskite solar cells

Abstract

1,2-Dimaleoylhydrazine regulates the residual strain and suppresses defects in perovskite films. The optimized devices achieved high efficiency of 25.12% and exhibited good thermal cycling stability.
