Polymer-confined growth of perovskite–PAN composite micro-ring arrays for uniform and stable lasing
Abstract
Polymer-confined in situ growth of MAPbBr3@PAN micro-rings yields cm2-scale composite resonator arrays with highly uniform whispering-gallery-mode lasing. The embedded nanoparticle/polymer architecture enables low-threshold emission, improved humidity stability, and visible wavelength tunability via halide composition control, providing a scalable route to perovskite composite micro-laser arrays.
