Abstract

A COF-OH-Rh catalyst enables formate-driven NADH regeneration via a hydrogen-radical pathway, minimizing byproducts and outperforming hydride transfer. Coupling with glutamate dehydrogenase allows high-yield L-glutamate synthesis.
