A highly stable Fe-based catalyst from partially leached Al–Fe–Si alloy for hydrogenation of CO2 to light olefins
Abstract
Partial alkali-leaching of Al–Fe–Si alloy can generate an Fe-based catalyst that balances high catalytic activity and stability for CO2 hydrogenation to light olefins. It achieves 55.2% light olefin selectivity and over 480 h stability by suppressing the unfavourable θ-Fe3C phase, offering a novel design concept for industrial application.
