10.21% efficiency Sb2(S,Se)3 thin film solar cells with a mixed hole-transport material
Abstract
This study demonstrates that hexabenzocoronene functionalized with di-p-methoxyphenylamine (HPB-OMeDPA) can be applied as a highly efficient, low cost hole transport material in antimony sulfoselenide (Sb2(S,Se)3) solar cells, which shows improved stability and enhanced charge transport efficiency. Furthermore, employing a mixed hole transport material significantly increases the power conversion efficiency from 9.28% to 10.21%.
