Pd(ii)-catalyzed domino aminopalladation/desymmetrizative ring-opening of diazabicycles: synthesis of indolyl-functionalized cyclopentenylamines
Abstract
We report herein a robust Pd(II)-catalyzed domino ring-opening coupling of diazabicyclic alkenes with 2-alkynylanilines, enabling efficient access to a diverse library of densely functionalized indolated cyclopentenylamines. This methodology provides a practical and atom-economic route for the construction of structurally complex indole–cyclopentenylamine derivatives, thus expanding the available toolbox for functionalized cyclopentenamines.
