Preparation of heterogeneous VOx/V2C MXene@V2O5via van der Waals self-assembly for high-performance aqueous zinc-ion batteries

Abstract

V2O5 is a promising cathode for aqueous zinc-ion batteries, but faces challenges of capacity fading and poor rate-performance. Here, a heterogeneous VOx/V2C@V2O5 is designed via van der Waals self-assembly method to mitigate structural degradation and improve conductivity, thereby achieving stable cyclability and high-rate performance.
