Revealing the platinum single-atom anchoring mechanism through sequential surface engineering in Mo2TiC2Tx MXene
Abstract
A tunable electroreduction strategy enables sequential surface engineering of Mo2TiC2Tx MXene, identifying Mo atomic vacancies as the primary anchoring sites for Pt single atoms. This work establishes vacancy-directed MXene functionalization as an effective platform for single-atom catalysis.
