PtIr nanowires for efficient electrochemical ammonia oxidation

Abstract

PtIr nanowires are successfully synthesized via wet chemistry and display enhanced ammonia oxidation reaction performance, with a mass activity of 124 mA mg−1 at 0.6 V, which is 2.2 times that of Pt/C.
