A clade-specific, amplification-free molecular lateral flow platform for on-site detection of Mpox

Abstract

Development of a portable amplification-free lateral flow assay enables rapid Mpox clade-specific diagnostics, differentiating clades Ia, Ib, and II in 30 minutes with sensitivity of 102 copies µL−1 using ssDNA probes and gold nanoparticle readout).
