Electrochemical contact modification with MoO3: a strategy to enhance performance of p-type organic thin-film transistors
Abstract
An electrochemical deposition strategy modifies the source–drain electrodes of organic transistors with smooth and firm MoO3 films, overcoming MoO3 diffusion doping in organic and enhancing device performance via optimized metal/organic contacts.
