Abstract
Correction for ‘Development of a highly sensitive fluorescent light-up probe for G-quadruplexes’ by Ming-Hao Hu et al., Analyst, 2015, 140, 4616–4625, https://doi.org/10.1039/C5AN00761E.
The authors regret that there was an error in Fig. 4, where two adjacent EMSA panels in the first row of the figure, showing KRAS G-quadruplex DNA staining with IZCM-7 and with the commercial probe SYBR® Green I, were inadvertently duplicated. The corrected Fig. 4 is shown herein.

The conditions were as follows: 10 μL of nucleic acids was loaded on to 20% acrylamide in 1× TBE buffer containing 100 mM KCl. The nucleic acid concentration was increased from 0.05 to 6.4 μM. | |
